Funds:
Student Scholarship Fund:
This fund helps finance the student scholarships given out each year. This year the Caucus is giving two $1000 scholarships to LBGTPA-students who will attend AAPA conference in San Antonio and will participate in Caucus leadership over the next year.
Host City Award:
This fund helps finance the host city award given to an organization in the host city of the AAPA conference that works with the LBGT community. The award in the past has targeted youth related projects. This year the award given is $500.
Unrestricted Donation:
This fund goes directly into the operating budget for the year to finance mailings, newsletters, web site development/maintenance, conference socials/meetings/dinner.
LBGT PA Endowment:
This is the fast growing fund for the organization. Since its inception in 2006, the fund has grown to over $20,000. This endowment will eventually be a major financier of Caucus budget which would include scholarships, host city award, and yearly budget items.
